I actually came here to see the sad spectacle that everyone described in the reviews here. It appears it is under new management and the 2 people working the post office desk today were helpful, friendly and quick. Package was shipped and the tracking number worked :)

Do not go there!!! Is there any way I can write a review with no stars? There are employees from India(?). They were ridiculously rude. I've never felt so bad while sending a package. Please do not go there.

Poor customer service. I ask for a simple envelope and registered mail, and the person helping me treated me like I was clueless about what I’m requesting. He was rude and spoke with a condescending tone.

I came 4 weeks ago. The person (male in his 50's) who handles the Canada Post was on a call that didn't seem to be work related (I can't tell because it was not English) . He never acknowledged my presence for him to attend the post office. I will rather walk further than come back and waste my time waiting 5 to 10 min with no indication he will hang up his call in order to attend the customer He never said he will be right there. Store was empty...no wonder.

One star for the poor guy who helped me mail my parcel. The owner, a guy in mid 50's, indian I guess,he was speaking in Hindi, mistreated the poor guy in front of me. I was embarrassed. He needs to be more respectful to his employees.
