Second attempt we were home and they didn’t even ring the door bell - we were waiting for it Called Customer Service and they set up a third attempt and added before 2 pm I checked in the am and it was out for delivery on their website . Sat and waited til 2 then my wife stayed home waiting. At 4 they called and said I would have to pick it up at the airport 30Km away. It never went out for delivery I was told so we wasted a day and now I have to pick up . Yes they did offer a 4th attempt, I was polite and said no thanks. Not good service !

Fedex states they will hold a package for 7 days. They apparently couldn't find our location (downtown) - and sent the package back less than 48 hours after the estimated delivery time.

Paid for express shipping so it was here on Friday. It was at the depot on Friday, then they sent it to a 3rd party delivery company that delivered it on Monday. Refused a refund because days are "approximate". The next "approximate" delivery date was for the Tuesday. And it was $50 cheaper. The guy at the desk is rude as well. The whole company is full of goofs.
