They went above and beyond what I was expecting from a logistics company to get me my package after there were some issues that were my fault, offering a handful of options to help get the package to me, I even got a little smiley face sticker on the box once I got it :) Shout out to Catherine for the great service!

Talked to their customer service number. They were no help. I needed to know the time of the delivery so I could be at the location to recieve the delivery and they wouldn't give that information to me. Just said it would be between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. I asked for local terminal phone number and they don't give that out. Completely useless.
