i went the day that was written on my slip for available pickup (never heard anything at door, was home) & package was missing/not known where was. counter service was not friendly. proceeded to phone customer service to understand where i can find said package and they told that’d be available on the 17th for the following 7 business days; i went back on the 21st and it was already sent back to the distribution centre out of the city.

The staff were very helpful with helping me choose the right packaging and method of shipping. Even helped me change a RMA number on the package over the phone due to an error on my part. Would use this location again to ship.

I don't even want to give them a star as every time I order something and FedEx is the shipper I continuously have to find a ride down to the local Staples to pick it up. I have received calls telling me when my package is due for arrival, txts as well and every time these guys either don't drop it off and say that they tried to contact me or never show when their txt or call stated when they should show up. I have even waited an entire day for a package to arrive and still!!! I have to go down to the Staples to pick it up! If I had a choice of who I wanted to deliver my package, it would never be FedEx in Vernon, BC. These guys are a waste of my time!! I have phoned their office and complained of the extremely poor service and still nothing has changed. If you have a choice, never go with these guys!!

My package said it was delivered and wasn't at my house when I got home from work. I called the 1-800 number and they told me that someone from the local store would contact me within 72 hours, this was Dec 17 and I still haven't received a phone call.

Awful company, takes forever to get my package and they have thrown them in the dirt by my door before. You also find out that you have been charged on top of what you already paid months later. I wish I used UPS
