Probably one of the rudest encounter I have ever had in my life. I was waiting for a package I had someone home all day, I got the notice that it had been delivered...no package ...no ring of the doorbell...no door hanger saying anything. I called and was asked "what do you expect me to do?" They ended up finding my package and delivered it, even though they swore that it was already in my possession.
