If I could give zero stars, I would. Never get anything shipped through FedEx. *Multiple* times now, I have been advised by email or phonecall that I have a package to pick up at 403 Bank St. I go to pick up on the very same day, and when I arrive, they inform me they can't find the package and that it had actually been sitting there for a week already so they sent it back to the main sorting location by the airport. What?! And now I have to call FedEx and ask what is going on, where is my package, and have them ship it out *again,* and hope that this time, they don't pull the same stunt.
