I won’t have anything shipped here again. Lady working the other day was rude. The store is a disaster with stuff thrown all over the place. She wouldn’t even try to look for my package and I can see why. Her work station is a mess. Never seen such mess for a business. With packages thrown EVERYWHERE When I questioned her and showed her the receipt that my package was there, she continued sauntering behind the counter doing other stuff and rolling her eyes at someone else standing there waiting. I left without my packages which have now been sent back. Use the Richmond UPS store.

The owner of the store isn't aware of prices. Yesterday i went for printing services and she charged me $57 for 28 pages and after a bit of argument she charged $40. To be sure that I am not mistaken I went to 2 different UPS store to know the price for the exact same service and they assured me that I will be done within $10. The owner was constantly saying, “I have to scan and print the doc. Its my store and we are independent store. I don't care about other store.” Its like saying same franchise and different owners charging different amount with a huge difference. I’ve been to this store before but didn't face any issues but maybe the owner itself doesn’t know their own stuff. Will travel 5 km more but will never go to this location. They lost me as a customer for sure.

This is the best UPS store I've been in. The staff is very friendly and helpful (I mean very helpful) especially Melvin and Janu. You can also get a mailing address for you small business with them. I had the best experience printing and photocopying my documents.

New Staff Janu is incredibly sweet, and efficient. Love the puppy visits too! I found it such a positive experience today and call out to the kind Janu who helped me! I much prefer the new staff over the previous owner!
