Misplaced location on google maps. If you type 8555 Aviation Rd, Garson, ON P3L 1V4 into google maps you’ll get sent to the correct location. It took forever to find as I tried to follow what google maps had - which is wrong. So wrong that it’s even on the wrong side of the airport. The woman at FedEx said they know the location is incorrect on google maps and have had no success so far in getting it changed (December 2022). On the map (as of now), it looks like the area is under construction. It’s not. It’s an open functioning fed ex location.

I have never had a good experience with this location. First they refuse to leave my couch on front of my residence, then when I drive to pick it up, they only have one of the two packages. Now I'm just wondering if these mongs managed to lose it or if I just need drive out to grab it again. Avoid fed ex at all cost of you live is Sudbury.

No accountability for drivers to do their job. On numerous occasions I have had drivers from this branch leave notices on my door without knocking when I have been home, and fail to even make any attempt to deliver my packages while giving bogus excuses, as was the case today. When the office then called to inform me of the incident the operators take zero ownership for the conduct of their business and refuse to take any sort of feedback regarding their conducts and ethics. This is not the first time I’ve had this happen with this branch, and all I can say is utterly unprofessional staff, simply not how a good business is operated!

They above and beyond to get your packages out to you when there's an issue with your address or something. Don't follow the Google map location because it leads you in the wrong direction! When you drive to the airport. Take the first right on Aviation Rd and you will see the FedEx building. Not sure why Google Maps is wrong. I was told at the station that they have tried to get it updated multiple times.
