I have opened an investigation today with UPS to determine where my package is. I have discovered that the package has been sitting at the Sudbury facility since September 11th. This is one of the worst delivery companies. I've never dealt with in my life. I purchased TV from Costco and I haven't received it and the tv was last scanned and shows its in sudbury warehouse. I currently have a investigation open with UPS as the TV is now missing from the warehouse and probably in the drivers home.if you have anything coming from this company make sure you get any insurance you can for replacement no Guarantee the you'll even receive it.
