The nice older man that works here is always so helpful and I am so happy whenever he's working because I know he'll help me figure out what I need to. This DHL Authorized Shipping Centre is the UPS store, they handle both companies, 5/5 stars no complaints, the staff here are always very nice. I wish more postal workers were as happy as these people. Thank you for being so nice to customers!!

IF only the people delivering the packages were able TO READ when i request for the doorbell to be rang when they drop the package off. So unprofessional its not even funny. The amount of times ive had packages stolen off my front step due to the lack of intelligence from the employees. To top it all off, you have to wait TEN days for them to process your request for a refund.... Would give it zero stars if possible!

I thought I had paid everything on the checkout page but DHL now says there are import and tax charges. They are holding the parcel until they are paid. I will never buy anything that gets shipped by DHL again. Most companies are upfront about import charges but not these guys.

Excellent customer service! Very warm welcome and the staff took care of everything. All the hassle of packing and procedures were well informed and guided. Five stars to everything! Amazing!!!
