NEVER AGAIN! My husband was just charged $41 at the Wonderland store to send a small, light-weight, 4"x4"x4" package to Toronto. When he asked "Alice" if this was the cheapest option, she said YES. He came home furious! We did a little research online (because we typically use Canada Post). The package was sent "expedited" when it could have been shipped "standard." I would have walked out in favor of doing a little more pricing homework, but he was so shocked in the moment (AND doing me a favor) that he just paid it and left. Well, they got the LAST money out of our family that they will ever see again. All of this after a perfectly pleasant conversation. Shame on you, Alice!

NEGATIVE 5 STARS👎🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👎Total shock I took in my parcel which was quite big and heavy the lady was on the phone told me to leave it near the phone as long as I had a tracking number on it take a picture and go and I said well aren't you going to put it in the system so I know it's in there and she said no I'm busy I said well I don't want to leave it here but it has to go out today so I did take a picture and I took a picture of the box in the store. I sure hope that they put it in system, never met someone so rude and didn't want to deal with customers. Isn't that the way you're supposed to do is come over put it in the system, scan it and give the costumer a copy of it with the tracking information. What Hhappens if they make a mistake. Maybe head office needs to have a phone call.

don't go there! you have to wait years to be attended, just for asking when you would be attended the assistant told me “you should go to another UPS this is not the only place “the lady who is always there takes a long time and will always charge you a high price, the customer service is very poor, you pay not only for a service but for a good customer service.
