Extremely rude lady , was told to go here for a ups return , as I enter the store , a rude lady says no return go somewhere else! I asked if they are a ups store and she just replied go somewhere else No return!

Don’t do parcel drop offs and is not considered a UPS store. Don’t bring Amazon returns here. Wasted quite a bit of time walking around the plaza to figure this out.

They do not accept parcel dropoffs with a prepaid label. Go somewhere else for that.
