They are super proactive and helpful compared to other UPS stores i’ve been. Something i’ve noticed that a lot of people are searching for is an price list of printing. Apparently they charge 0.20 cents per page B&W.

Never use UPS ! You are warned I ve sent 2 luggages from Halifax to Ottawa for a next day delivery on 18 Aug , I received only one luggage , the other one is simply Lost !!! Now after 6 weeks I m still waiting for the 2nd luggage . It have in it clothes and valuables personal items .. I m doubting that some UPS employees stealed some valuables and then just remove the Tag Num from the luggage and then the luggage become unknown … the company representative said that the company will pay me around 100s bucks ..simple as that ! But I will not give up , some one didn’t do his job correctly , it not acceptable . I am waiting for the investigation , a big luggage can not disappear from Halifax to Ottawa .I have a feeling that some of them are covering each other . This is not a mistake , I need to know if other customer had the same experience in Canada . Nobody dare to care in UPS! We will make our voice to be heard and see what is going on inside this company.

I made an international shipment and the clerk simply did not tell me to fill a commercial invoice ( there were no commercial value and I had no idea it was required.) Anyway the package is delayed and it ruins my family's plans :( Update two weeks later: I had to make a commercial invoice- and then they asked me to update it and now my package is still waiting for the clearance because it became a "non routine". So do not rely on the girls who work there and avoid dhl 😂

Always great service at this location. John went above and beyond in contacting my father twice when the parcel we sent for his birthday was delayed...through no fault of staff at this location. When I went in to make an inquiry, John to my surprise had already been tracking and updating the status of the parcel. In the end, my 91 year old father got his B DAY present in the great white north...Tks again John for all the dedication to service

Tl;dr = The best place to take passport photos for people with anxiety. Great customer service. $15+tax for 2 photos. We needed passport photos for our 6-month-old baby. It is always a stressful experience (we have been to other places for our older child in the past) so I was bracing myself. We did LOTS of takes - John and Josephine were so patient and understanding, and never once made us feel like we were a nuisance. They let us look at all the photos after each take, and respected our thoughts and concerns. They also do passport photos for other countries (different requirements). At one point I had to nurse the baby and they let me use one of their office chairs 🥲 Great customer service. Would definitely use this UPS store again.
