I would rate UPS "zero", if I could. The driver didn't bother knocking or ringing the doorbell during at least 2 delivery attempts. I know because I was home... for two days. When I called the general UPS number, they were. unwilling to attempt another delivery or redirect the package to a UPS distribution point even though they admitted that it was the driver's fault. Since I don't own a vehicle, I now have to take a day off work and it will cost me over $40-$50 to pick up my package across town using Uber. On top of the bad service are the nonsensical business hours for its customer "service" centre. It is not open on weekends, past 7:00 pm on weekdays, and even more ridiculously, during the middle of the day. You couldn't make up a service policy this bad even if you tried. Never again with UPS.

UPS has kept me waiting since last 3 days. They gave me delivery date on Thursday, June 10. Then changed to Friday, June 11. After that it is June 13 and no sign of my package. No one tells you anything on phone and their stores are closed. Absolutely poor service. In this age of communication, they don't care for the customer waiting for days for delivery. I have yet to hear from them.

I can understand the 1.7* rating. Long story short, I’ve spent 3 days trying to get my package. Each person tells me something different. Now my package is across town and I have to pick it up after being told they will deliver it again. This clearly defeats the purpose of ordering online and having it delivered to your house. So much hassle and unprofessionalism to get protein powder.

Ordered a product and it was shipped through UPS. It arrived to their Kanata warehouse on June 5th. It is currently June 12th. My package has apparently been sitting in that warehouse for an entire week. Just sitting there. I called their customer service. 30 minutes for the first call and 45 for the next. Both accomplished absolutely nothing. I was basically told there's nothing they can do to help and to keep waiting. I actually needed what I ordered on the 9th, which is the date I was told it would be delivered to my door. This hands down, has been my absolute worst experience with a shipping company. I had other orders shipped through Canada Post and FedEx during the same week. Both packages arrived a day early. FedEx shipped a product from Vancouver to my doorstep in less than 2 days. UPS can't even ship a package from Toronto to Ottawa in two weeks without even an attempt to deliver it. If I ever need to ship anything remotely important in the future, it will not be through UPS. Update: They delivered my package to the wrong address. I cannot believe how negative this experience has been.
