I would rate UPS "zero", if I could. The driver didn't bother knocking or ringing the doorbell during at least 2 delivery attempts. I know because I was home... for two days. When I called the general UPS number, they were. unwilling to attempt another delivery or redirect the package to a UPS distribution point even though they admitted that it was the driver's fault. Since I don't own a vehicle, I now have to take a day off work and it will cost me over $40-$50 to pick up my package across town using Uber. On top of the bad service are the nonsensical business hours for its customer "service" centre. It is not open on weekends, past 7:00 pm on weekdays, and even more ridiculously, during the middle of the day. You couldn't make up a service policy this bad even if you tried. Never again with UPS.
