customer service will say just one word and that asked you to wait. They are not helping at all!! worst service ever had! The package suppose to be delivered on the second, and it shows pending all the time, when you called they will told you the facility is not a FedEx facility and they do not contact the facility and cannot reach them, so there's nothing they can do other than ask you to wait??? its that a joke?? they will told you that you cannot pick up your package no matter what and when called the only thing they do is put you on hold and on hold just to avid speaking with you. Never recommend this delivery.

The worst delivery service. a complete waste of time. sell your company to UPS, they might do a better job with it.

Thank you for wasting my entire day waiting for a package that never came on the date I was told. Called FedEx many times and kept getting the message that it was on it's way and will receive it today. Total B.S.
