Second time a driver has reported no one being home when they didnāt even try. Been home all day. Worst automated system to speak with customer service as well. Wish companies would state who they deliver through so I could avoid fed ex. Problem every single time on the drivers part.

Tracking history attached for your amusement. Three packages come in to this terminal on Monday, one gets delivered to my door, follow up on the other, goes on truck, comes off the truck, sits at this terminal for two days, customer service says we'll get it out to me same day, doesn't happen, call Wednesday, say "We're doing our best, cyber weekend was successful this year, huh?" along with "weather is crazy these days" but will deliver on Thursday, goes on truck, comes back off again, call customer service, say "We don't actually put it on the truck, we scan it and if it doesn't fit then it's kept at the terminal until we scan it again", check in Friday morning, customer service says "It's not going out today so we'll see what we can do on Monday". I bailed at this point, told 'Jackie' this was the most ridiculous experience I've had with logistics and I opted to drive 15km to go get my package from their South of 401 terminal. FedEx is the last logistics company I thought would do this.
Update: I spoke with customer service on Friday, suggested I should just pick it up, drove 15km to the terminal, member named "Michael Chan-" tells me he's familiar with my packages, they're guaranteed on the truck right now, said he'll call me back to confirm, suggests I should go home to make sure I get them, drove 15km back home, waited all day, never got a call back, never came.
Update: Checked my status on Monday (now a full week since it's been in London), said it was "Delivery Exception", called customer service, worked my way up the chain for 45 minutes, no one could get in contact with this terminal, said this is unusual and would call back when they reached them. Around 6:30pm, I buzz in a friend and go to open the door, there are my packages against my door. Didn't buzz, didn't call, didn't knock. Packages are both dented and damaged outside, luckily items are safe inside. Quite evidently, these guys didn't want to fit the packages, forgot to load them, gave wrong answers, were scared when corporate called, quickly got some guy to drop it off without a sound.
Enjoy getting your packages on time this holiday season.

According to Fedex, they have attempted delivery on four separate occasions, sometimes twice a day. I've been home on three of these occasions. Do you think anybody called or texted me? They said they texted me today but guess what? Nothing on my phone. And who gets a delivery at 7AM? I get deliveries all the time and they always get into to my building. And when you call up, do you think you get to talk to a real person? No its just a minefield of one automated menu after another - hugely frustrating. I teach customer service for a living and Fedex doesn't have a clue what the meaning of the phrase is. If given a choice i will never use Fedex.

Having an awful experience dealing with FedEx. I have talked to multiple reps and have been misinformed every time. We have cancelled the order with Wayfair as we have moved now and the product was never delivered given the time provided. We have changed our address with 2 reps and we're still being informed that it's going to our old location. I'm pregnant with twins and this has caused so much unnecessary stress.

People are friendly but they should have more signage for people picking up packages - the whole place is secured and you need to buzz in for access. I thought I was in the wrong spot since there wasn't any signage for members of the public until I was inside.
