It's Thursday and I was supposed to have a package dropped off Monday The driver is claiming that he doesn't want to drop the package off because he's scared of covid and the company says they respect his wishes. So I till don't have my package. Costumer service lady yelled at me and said she was frustrated not at me but about her day so it's okay that she yells at me. I asked her to stop and she said there's nothing stopping her from yelling at me. Manger said sorry. That's all I go a sorry. But not a package.
