Awful service delivered my do not deliver without signing package to a house way down the street. When I contacted them about the lost package (before my neighbor delivered it to me) they told me they would get back to me in a few days lol. Useless all the way around from delivery to customer service.

Ordered a drone from a company in China on Aug.10th, 2019. It is now Sept. 1st and it's still not here. The company advised me DHL was their trusted carrier of choice. Well, it's now sept. 1st and has only made it to Kitchener so far. Twenty-three days must set a record for the slowest plane in the history of the world. Consider I had a parcel shipped by Fed Ex from Honolulu and it made it here in less than 24 hours. Now that's what I call fast service.

A friend called about sending something overseas by calling the Sarnia location. The custom broker with which they spoke with was abrupt and rude, hanging up before my friend could even finish their questions. Very unprofessional from their part. The next call was to Purolator and they were very thorough and polite. Do your business with them, not DHL - at least, not the one here.

Worst shipping company ever!!! Drivers lie about trying to deliver packages. Mixed up oders with someone else...gave my personal information to someone else. After phone conversations with DHL they still have delivered the package a week later

Got bounced around from company to company by DHl. Had a package that needed to be returned and picked up and had multiple scheduled times for pick up and they never showed. They are pathetic
