The Fedex is located inside the Laurier Office Mart (LOM). Convenient location. Rarely ever has a line up. Nice staff.

The service is so bad. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company in order to obtain information. The customer service number connects you to a machine that never transfers you to a human being. It’s insulting to be made to talk to a machine that never connects you with a love person. This is the last time I use FedEx and will advise everyone I know to avoid it.

I have been here twice and both times it took super long for the representative to explain the paperwork. Any questions I had the answers were repetitive and didn’t answer my questions. The second time was more frustrating because apparently I had to fill out an FDA form because I sending a hand cream and chocolates, the notice that was shown to me was for prescription drugs, not the items I had. The representative kept referring to a lady who forgot her pill in US and had to file forms with FDA, but that didn’t apply to be because I had no prescription medicines. I was fine with filling out the form but the clerk wouldn’t let me use the computer to print. I decided to go to the UPS down the street and my package was delivered and it was seamless. I asked the UPS representative about the FDA forms and he said it was only applied to medication, the hand cream that I had non-medicinal and was a Kiehls hand cream. From now on I’m only shipping through UPS, this FedEx location is a nightmare.

Their email and text service sends delayed information - so you miss your package. Fedex apparently no longer leaves door tags and lie about delivery, and just drop it off at their pickup locations. I guess accessibility isnt a priority for Fedex..
