Not sure why this company is still allowed to operate in Canada. My package did not come as per tracking status. Tracking status states that nobody was home to sign. But there were 3 people home. So they lie and I know in fact they didn't bother trying to deliver the package. No surprise, Google reviews shows them as one star. Looks like I am going to have a lot of fun dealing with them in the next several days as I try to contact customer service and try to get in touch with a live person and as I try to track down my package.

Did not call my phone when delivering. Left a notice. Was unable to retrieve my package the following days as instructed. Spent almost 2 hours on hold. Still haven’t spoken to anyone on the phone or on the site’s digital assistant. Update. Chatted with someone on the digital assistant the package was to be held at the sorting facility for me to pick up today. Found out it wound up back on a truck for delivery while I was out to go pick it up. Spent another hour on hold. Spoke to call center staff who could do nothing but tell me it’s out with a courier. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold then disconnected after 20 min of waiting.

Our package is in dispute because they said they delivered it and we know they didn’t. Their “proof of delivery” is a digital scribble on a pad, which only proves someone (maybe the driver) scribbled a line on their pad. Within a minute of receiving a notice of delivery and not knowing it was to be signed for, we checked our property for it, and because we didn’t find anything I checked our camera footage because it’s impossible to access our property without being captured on camera - unless they rappelled in from a helicopter! No package. No customer support because it was 6:30pm MST. One of their suggestions (literature for missing packages) is to search the premise. If they’re requesting signatures - and in which case requesting ID - why would anyone ever have to search their premise. They make no sense. On a chat the next morning “it” said they’ll contact their dispatch and send us an email if that conversation - in a few hours. Suggestion: why don’t they just look at where their truck is at 6:20 when the driver had someone sign for the package - without requesting their ID. Then charge the signee (a felony) and train or fire the driver. Incompetent, unprofessional, and they appear to not care about either.

Impossible to get a hold of! Had a parcel dropped off in a completely different city than where I live, have tried multiple times to reach customer service by phone and live chat - can't reach anyone to get it rectified. Looks like this package is going to cost me a lot more....wondering why I paid for shipping in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give no stars if that was an option.

WORST COURIER EVER!!! They keep saying "CONSIGNEE NOT HOME", but there is always a person at our home! The buzzercode is on the package, so there is no excuse for the driver! There were no actual delivery attempts, because no notes or stickers are ever left at the door. Today I even received a text update (supposedly in "real" time) where they told me - again - that I was not at home!!! I rushed downstairs but there was - of course - nobody there. I have tried to reach Canpar's customer service by phone and chat but it is impossible to reach anyone, you are just waiting on the line...FOREVER! I am so frustrated, because there is actually nothing I can do. I cannot phone them, I cannot email them and if you have ever been to the Loomis Express, Canpar Express, ICS Courier outlet at Barlow Trail you will know that they are the worst. They will not even be able to find your package if it was there or help you in any way, shape or form.
