If it is very important and urgent, do not use UPS. The driver got to the delivery location and because the location has access control doors, the driver returned the package to their office without calling me or the sender. Did they expect me to stand outside my apartment and be waiting for UPS delivery for a whole day? I do not know when I will get my package and for each day that passes, I am losing money. This happened in Toronto

Already paid shipping and handling and then I got slapped with an extra 40+ charge out of nowhere that wasn't charged on the exact same order for another person. The delivery driver wasn't masked even after she saw me put my mask on and attempt to keep her on the other side of the door. I recieved an email prior but thought it was fraud attempt and tried to contact the company with no response other then we recieved your report. Tried calling the local store with no answer for over an hour and the answering machine was completely full. Horrible service and with COVID dangerous!!

UPS stole my package. I followed the tracking and it was out for delivery two days in a row. They delivered another package on the second day and when I called about why I only got one I was told it was never out for delivery. I received a phone call later telling me the package could not be delivered as the driver needed to verify my address first. I have screenshots which prove the driver had my package but UPS claims he did not. I have phone records showing the call made to me but UPS customer service denies and refuses to take responsibility for it.

Ups never deliver parcel. They directly update that customer is not available and i have to pick it up from ups store every time. On their web site they write door to door delivery but never done that. Very poor service. Fedex is far better than this.
