worst shipping experience i’ve ever had. i called the company everyday for a week to confirm that i dont need to be present for my delivery and then it failed to deliver because i wasn’t present. i was ready to stay home and wait for it but didn’t because i was told i didn’t need to. nobody on the customer support line gave me the consistent information, every person says something different.that contradicts the last and when i mention that they always blame the person before for being wrong. tried to do the review after the call but they refuse to hang up so i cannot review them. sat on the line waiting to review for 15 minutes after telling the lady to hang up and then she just sat there silently until she finally transferred me to a dead number.

Called 40 mins ahead to print simple letter. Emailed all details Arrive and they have the printer disassembled. Complete waste of time for anyone working trying to conduct business

I just had the best customer service at this store. I was a bit anxious as I received emergency documents that needed to be printed and Valencia was very friendly and nice. She was fast and efficient in what needed to be done. I’m sure to be back if I need other documents to be printed.😊

I’ve had a postal box in there for a few months and I can’t recommend it more. The rate is super cheap and I’ve always been served very professionally.

I always have the best service at the Whistler UPS store! The staff are friendly and keen to help out to make your visit fast and effortless as possible. When they have COVID maximum occupancies and the store was full by people using the equipment indoors, they would come outside and just take the packages right off your hands to avoid having to wait in line for others to finish up. They regularly offer to package my items up and off for me. Thanks for your great service always!
