worst shipping experience iāve ever had. i called the company everyday for a week to confirm that i dont need to be present for my delivery and then it failed to deliver because i wasnāt present. i was ready to stay home and wait for it but didnāt because i was told i didnāt need to. nobody on the customer support line gave me the consistent information, every person says something different.that contradicts the last and when i mention that they always blame the person before for being wrong. tried to do the review after the call but they refuse to hang up so i cannot review them. sat on the line waiting to review for 15 minutes after telling the lady to hang up and then she just sat there silently until she finally transferred me to a dead number.
