I wasn’t home at the first delivery attempt, but the women on the phone told me that they will attempt to deliver on the next day. On the next day, I had been waiting for the expected delivery the whole day only to find out that my package is on hold at this super inconvenient location without any delivery attempts even though there are closer pick up locations. I should’ve just let it be left in the mailroom. They claim to be a premium carrier, but they are not. Canada Post is much more reliable and convenient.

Would give 0 stars. Supervisor named Veronica wouldn't release my package despite showing her 2 IDs, credit card bills that I am the purchaser,bank statements of visa number in my name and also multiple bills showing her that I had lived at the address. Called me a Karen when I wanted to escalate the issue. Was trying to get the package for my Aunt because she works all day and wasn't home when they were delivering and I just wanted to pick it up for her. The shipping was in my name. But my ID had a different addressed. I had showed so many bills and receipts that I lived there but she just wouldn't release it. I've picked up things at FedEx before without this issue despite my ID not being the same delivery address. I don't know why they decided to make a fuss this time. Also, people here have complained that people with different names but same address have been able to pick it up. So they take address over your name. Absolutely insane.

Great customer service experience today by the person that served me at the counter, I think her name tag said Amelia. I've never used Fedex & I was a little overwhelmed and she was very helpful and patient. (Please note that if you use this location, the hours are different than what shows on the website. They currently close at 6pm, not 7pm.)

The worst customer service. Today, on December 1st, I went to pick up a package. Originally, I requested for the package to be sent to a FedEx office near my house. Instead, FedEx lazy workers just left the package at their Richmond location to pick up. So today, I went to get the package. The office was full of people, long lineup and people complaining about their service. When it came to my turn, the woman working at the counter with long dark hair was extremely rude. I told her I was picking a package up and showed her my ID. She made a huge deal about me not having the proper ID and said the address was wrong. She demanded I showed her a lease to prove it was me and I did reside at that place. It took 20 minutes, I was on my lunch break. I have never experienced this before. No other shipping carrier has ever made me show them a rental lease. So ridiculous. Her behaviour was disgusting. Not our fault she hates her job.
