They dropped my package off at the wrong address and 5 days later they still have not corrected it. Terrible service. You need to go back and fix your mistakes.

The google thing says that I need to write reviews with over 200 characters so I am writing a long review for something thay I really don't care that much about. I hope you don't take offense to this review but I want the google opinion rewards surveys so I can make free money. FedEx is terrible. My packages never come on time and I pay for expedited shipping and it never comes on time. I’m expecting a package on a certain day and it says “out for delivery” then I get an email saying the expected date has changed. Nothing gets me more angry than that and therefore I don’t like fedex. Canada post is the same but that’s a different story. I will no longer be using fedex as they are unreliable and lazy. I hope you don’t chose to go with this terrible shipping company as it will disappoint you. Along with this, I have been on the phone countless times and they all said “you will get your package today for sure” we’ll thay didn’t happen. I hate fedex.

The staff member was super helpful, my package arrived BEFORE expected, and this tiny kiosk in the Home Hardware store can provide more services than the main phone number is aware of apparently... Two times I called and they said they had very limited services available there, but that wasn't the case when i just went in and asked.

Same happened on the other side of the river. They drove away as soon as they see a condo building. No phone call or nothing. I have left another comment. It a self service delivery i suppose.
