Why cant a delivery driver deliver a parcel to the address on the parcel. This is not the first time i have had to drive around and pick up my product cause they cannot follow directions.. worse yet is its a business with big huge letter on the front of the building and on the door. time to change all business related deliveries back to UPS. If you call have patients, the auto attendant knew more about my delivery then the lady answering the phone and had no ideal how to reply.. so sad. why pay for service you never get

FedEx # 6117. Ed, Charles and Tammy and the whole FedEx team were great and working with me to make sure my move across country went well and all my packages arrived safely. FedEx was very patient with me not being able to receive until a couple of days later despite 23 large and heavy boxes. Thanks to all for making my move a success!

I have not had a great time with FedEx. We order a dishwasher. Never received it. When we contacted them they told use they delivered it to someone. Who was not us. They didn't call use or tell us when it was delivered. I believe there should be a signature for someone that important and expensive. The next package I got they didn't tell me it arrived until 8 hours later. Now I have to go to there main office to pick it up. It's an hour from my apartment by bus. I do not trust them at all.

Wrong date for delivery, parcel set outside on a busy street, when I’d asked it to be placed inside the door. Sheer luck I actually got it with so many thefts in our hood. Is there a reason why they won’t place it inside the door? I’d really like to know. So frustrating.

Said my package would be delivered by Friday at 8pm, never left their facility. Closed both Saturday and Sunday so I can't even pick it up myself. Not impressed, I need these packages for my business and they're completely shut down on weekends and can't meet their own timings.
