Whether it is helping me send packages, get things printed quickly, or trying to find other shipping options after I missed the last truck of the day, he is always friendly and helpful.

Notice how 90% of the bad reviews on here are about the man who work in the front. Some have even pointed out how he makes up excuses to not find packages, and then they suddenly appear. I had had times where after I keep pushing, then it is suddenly "just been delivered." Horrible customer service and package handling. Tells you to call before you come to see if your package is there, and then yells at you and say "we don't have time to deal with everyone who calls, the time adds up" when you do what they ask. I have been told to call several times now because my tracking number says that the package has arrived. I show up, they say it's not there, and then tell me to call the next day before I come. They say I am wasting their time by calling, but what about the time I spend going back and forth? Poor communication skills, does not know how to listen. The man that works here is shorted-tempered and antagonistic. I suggest seeing if you can have your packages shipped to another location, maybe the UPS store by Conestoga Mall or another place withing the Tri-City. The people here are dishonest, and lacking genuine basic respect for other fellow human beings.

this is the worth UPS you can find in Canada. They charge you $6 if you ship directly to their store. This is not allowed by the UPS but for unknown reason, UPS officials can’t do anything about it! Try to avoid using this location as they might not be controlled by the UPS official

Shahin has been taking care of my requests for the past few times I visited this store. He is welcoming and patient and take of everyone in a timely manner. I wanted to express mail a package to USA and thankfully UPS offered this service in a great price. I am so glad they offered such a service as it was not available by Canada Post Office. Always had a great experience here! thank you so much
