The guy working there millesh is liar dishonest person I went to ship pack small to different country he said 300 dollar and I asked if canada post cheaper he said no they all same because gas prices and I didn't go with it so I went to canada post they charge me 100 for the same service so the guy there brown guy us liar whatever he says it's all lie

I have always been quite happy with the services and staff at the UPS store in Cobourg! My work is always ready quickly and at a *lower than I had expected* cost. Great work indeed, Nilesh!

Millesh was dishonest and told me numerous times that the only way for me to send my return (a few items of small clothing) was to purchase a box. He mentioned the charge AFTER packing my items. I questioned the charge and stated that every other time one of the free mailing bags was used. He said my only other option was to take my items home and pack them in something myself. After returning to the store upset to retrieve my items since I lost faith that it would be sent, when I didn't receive a tracking number and he was already dishonest, he finally agreed thar I could have used the free bag. Unethical business practices. I absolutely will not use this location again. Be aware!

Terrible. Shipped a package to Michigan on Jan. 25. Suppose to be overnight. It is now Feb. 3 and package still hasn't arrived. Paid over $90 for this service. Should have used Canada Post!

The owners are fantastic! I had a valuable package to ship to the states and was feeling stressed and confused after investigating other shipping options. They clearly explained my options and left me feeling confident I had made the right choice. They are warm and friendly. As a small business owner I understand the importance of excellent customer service. They delivered! I would highly recommend them.
