Came at 9h in the morning according to the opening hours and it ends up that it is close. It only open at 11h. I drove 40 minutes to get there. Please owner, change you opening hours on Internet. Not only an advertisement on your door. You are the only DHL in the area.

Rude store owner. Seemed angry at me for coming to drop a package, just pointed at a sign saying no package dropoff. I asked if he could tell me what location i should go to ship my package and he replied "i don't know" without even looking at me. Ended up having to drive to the other side of ottawa. Would no recommend going to this location or using DHL for shipping.

The guy where the kiosk (depaneur) is located wanted to charge me $40 for my prepaid package that I had to send back, I showed him the tag on my package, I wanted to charge me anyway, I didn't accept and I went to DHL ottawa at 2215 gladwin cr and the young lady at the counter immediately saw that it was prepaid ($0), I had excellent service in ottawa, I do not recommend the kiosk in Hull. If I could have stink it would have been zero stars for this thief.
