I recently had the pleasure of using the printing services at the UPS store and was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Not only were the staff extremely helpful in assisting me with my printing needs, but they also went above and beyond by emailing me when I left my charger behind. The staff at this location are always willing to accommodate my rush jobs, and I am consistently impressed by the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by the team. I highly recommend the UPS store for all of your printing needs. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are satisfied.

This UPS store #31 & #243 and their team were awesome to work with! They were able to turn around a pull-up banner and small print job for an event quickly. The manager of store #31 had exceptional communication skills and kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you again for getting it done in such a short turnaround time.

They offer fantastic services for small business owners, such as civic mailing addresses, printing and design services for all of a business's marketing needs. They are way more than a place to ship stuff! Love for the UPS Store 243!

Tried to get time sensitive documents picked up in Vancouver and sent to Calgary and has been a total nightmare, if you can not guarantee pick up that day please say so, is ok you don't have to say you can deliver a service just because is listed or better yet to be safe why don't you say we can't guarantee pick up Thursday because is already early afternoon and we have issues with UPS delays why don't you try Saturday service and that gives an extra day to get the documents safely to you. Is too bad as you said UPS transferred the customer service line to Philippines thats unfortunate especially when it comes to urgent customer service, we also found out the Driver in Vancouver picked up the package without the LABELS!!!! Did not even scan it that's definitely not your fault but i guess shows the lack of responsibility and professionalism you expect from a company this big and the high cost a time sensitive document you think it would be high priority for UPS is easy money as long and you actually fulfill the service. So for anyone thinking about sending or receiving a time sensitive documents please try the other options out there Purolator at least is Canadian prices are similar and fed ex and good luck. For me I will never trust UPS again for this premium service starting from incompetent courier driver to lack of service from all levels.
