Rude and unprofessional. Went to here four time during their business hour trying to pick up my order and wasn't opened. Never pick up phone calls. I called them and he said I have to make appointment. So I made appointment with him at 12 and he didn't show up. I waited for half an hour and still no one there. Then at 12:46 pm he called me and told me to come pick up my order. I already left at that time. This is very unacceptable. Just seems like they don't care about their customer and their business. I questioned about it when I see the staff and she just says they have other business to take care of and they do try to be here when they can. How are we suppose to know when are you guys are here? If you agree to the time then you should show up on time. Making ridiculous excuses and not even an apologize. You guys can see through the photo. There is no one inside even though it's during the business hour. This company is very unprofessional and rude. Better avoid!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They are not open during the hours they say to pick up packages. I was told they cannot send my package back since I'm unable to pick it up. Then, they hung up on me.

Offers wish pickup. Does not understand how it works. Insults your intellegance when you are trying to tell them how to fulfill their orders.
