Extremely disorganized business. Ordered express 2 day shipping because I was moving in 2 weeks. Item was late past the 2 weeks and they said the best thing to do was wait at the old house (1 hour drive away) for my delivery on a specific day between 12-3. I went there and waited for the delivery. When no one came around 2:30 I went to check outside and there is a notice on the door. I go to the ups store they said I can call customer service again to get it re delivered to my new address so I don’t need to come back. I called and scheduled delivery and a few days later the tracking information is still not changed and no sign of the package. I call back and they said they don’t know what happened they can reschedule the delivery again. By this time the package is about to be sent back if I don’t go pick it up so I am stuck driving another hour to go pick it up and working on getting a refund for my express shipping. Mind you my package was sent from Red Deer to Calgary. How does it take this long!?

A huge thanks to Nidhi for the excellent service this morning. Very knowledgeable and considerate of the budget I had to ship a small framed certificate across Canada. She went above and beyond the average customer service. She is an asset to her branch. Keep up the great work!

I went in to sent a package overseas I was so overwhelmed but with the help of very supportive patient knowledgeable worker named Nidhi everything was easy clear and sent off the best way possible and in a timely manner. I’m experience with her was awesome. Thanks you so much Nidhi.

I have been a mailbox customer at this UPS Store since it opened - over 10 years. The staff are fabulous - friendly and efficient. Very happy to use this location!

I was in the store this afternoon and there was 1 lady working with 3 or 4 of us in line phone was ringing and the lady working was still smiling, friendly, telling people when they walked in right away she'd be with them as soon as she could. There was so much going on and I was just amazed at her positivity she was an absolute sweetheart, was quick and efficient getting people helped. There is no way I've ever had such great service from any store and possibly never will after my experience today
