Extremely disorganized business. Ordered express 2 day shipping because I was moving in 2 weeks. Item was late past the 2 weeks and they said the best thing to do was wait at the old house (1 hour drive away) for my delivery on a specific day between 12-3. I went there and waited for the delivery. When no one came around 2:30 I went to check outside and there is a notice on the door. I go to the ups store they said I can call customer service again to get it re delivered to my new address so I donât need to come back. I called and scheduled delivery and a few days later the tracking information is still not changed and no sign of the package. I call back and they said they donât know what happened they can reschedule the delivery again. By this time the package is about to be sent back if I donât go pick it up so I am stuck driving another hour to go pick it up and working on getting a refund for my express shipping. Mind you my package was sent from Red Deer to Calgary. How does it take this long!?
