Horrible customer service from the male rep / owner (I think). Simply won’t hear you out, cuts you off and is super dismissive. Repeatedly says “its not in my store and I don’t trust UPS website” I get it that it might be a franchise, but this person is pretty much throwing UPS under the bus. UPS is horrible as well as they pronto deliver preferences but not above to execute effectively on it. I wouldn’t go to this store, however, the next store is nice faster away from where I live. Stuck with this stupid store and it’s owner in our neighbourhood.

Recievied a delivery notice while i was out of town. Went to pick it up 4 business days later. Will said he sends the packages back to sender after 5 days despite the UPS policy being return after 7 business days. Luckily ive been able to have the package re-sent after calling UPS up

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The guy who answered the phone this morning was simply the rudest and the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, and I wasn't going to bring myself down to his level. He was shouting at me on the phone and hung up for calling only to see if my package made it to their location so I can pick it up. If I could have given this location star a negative star, I definitely would have.

I've been dealing with Will at the UPS store on Kensington in Calgary for several years now. He is very responsive, customer service oriented and a great problem solver. He always goes the extra mile.
