Driver asked me multiple questions to confirm I was the correct recipient, and STILL gave me the wrong package. Had to go through a very unnecessary hassle to be āassuredā I would still get my package today. Itās been 40 minutes since they closed and I did not. Honest to god would give zero stars if I could.

The Canpar driver made no attempt to deliver package (I was home all day), notice left to pick up at Loomis, except no one there answers phone or replies to voicemails. Called Canpar and they don't care, tell me its my problem. No one at Loomis answers the phone so parcel gets returned to sender. What absolutely terrible service.

I was left 2 notices for an āattempted deliveryā, except that I was home all day, both days, and no one knocked or attempted to contact me. When I went to the location to pick up, the door was locked, even though the sign on the door and website said they would be open. Then I called to get updated business hours, but was told by a very rude service representative that they didnāt know and I should drop by multiple times until itās open. I explained I work during their posted hours and asked if someone else could pick up. They said no, and itās not their problem if I canāt pick up. Package will be returned to sender in 2 business days. Poor service from all departments.

Don't send your DHL package here for pick-up. Loomis has no electronic tracking system, and does not have an index of which DHL AWB numbers are on their shelves. The employees are lazy and apathetic. DHL is an otherwise great company, and DHL should terminate its business relationship with Loomis.

If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. Horrible service with no flexibility. They do not seem to realize people are at work during the time of delivery and offer no option for after 4pm or weekend deliveries. They have poor customer service and do not know the principles of communication or problem-solving. Definitely not a courier service I would ever recommend.
