Ordered something from Home Depot, shipped with Day and Ross. Order was supposed to be delivered on the 10th of June, now June 18th and still not delivered. Every time I speak to customer service the answers change, meanwhile the online tracker has said it’s been in Edmonton for over a week just sitting there. I live in the Edmonton area so a week plus and still no delivery is a bit crazy. Can’t get a straight forward answer as to when I can expect what I ordered. Worst delivery company I’ve dealt with, by far!

The worst and unsafe company there is. They deleted a bunch of 1 star reviews from others. These guys support all sorts of illegal activities. Don't deal with them. I have seen this all first hand.

I like to ship with Day & Ross. But now they charged me for a Indoor Delivery while the company who received says that they unloaded manually, not Day and Ross. If find that a little fraudulent. Too bad. Also I made a note on the BOL: no indoor/no tailgate. Another problem: 3 Amazon shipments. All 3 shipments were over charged $200 - $300 for "overtime delivery" although I clearly expressed "no overtime delivery". They basically do not care about their customers wishes. Try CSA!!!

Awesome shipping company, great drivers. Very competitive pricing, their Edmonton to Calgary ltl freight lane pricing can't be beat.
