I'm seeing a lot of reviews about customer service but I think you'd have to be able to find a legitimate phone number to get any help and so far I have called every number I can find and have not spoken to a single person.

I noticed there are some bad reviews on here about this company. In my experience I have had nothing but exceptional customer service. Three times now I've had new tires delivered from Quebec by Loomis. Each time the delivery guy takes the time to place them behind my baby barn out of sight. They are stacked nice and neat and so quietly you would never know they delivered them. A+++ customer service, I must say I am very impressed and it goes to show that it's not always bad service. There are always two sides to the story. This one happens to be a very good one and it's happens every time they show up at my door. Keep up the excellent service Loomis, and THANKS.

This company is a joke! Rude and unprofessional. I've worked in the parcel industry for 6 years now and I've never seen such disrespect and disregard for a customer.
I was suppose to have a package delivered this past Friday and the driver took it off his truck in the morning without a delivery attempt saying it needed an apartment number, that it was a bad address. I live in a house! I informed the warehouse worker of this and he didn't apologize on behalf of the driver and only offered that if I wanted the parcels before the weekend, that I had to come pick them up before 5pm. It was a patio set, I have a car. I asked for assistance as I only ordered it because it was suppose to arrive prior to the weekend, we were having a get together with some friends that weekend. Warehouse worker was rude but eventually said he'd see if he could get in contact with the driver to go back and pick it up for delivery, and he'd call me back to let me know. Never called back. On Monday the driver slid it onto my front porch with the box all banged up without knocking or ringing the doorbell, someone was clearly home as my car was sitting in the driveway. I was going to refuse the delivery due to going out and getting a different set for my get together on the weekend.
Avoid this company at all costs. I even wanted Walmart to get them to come pick it back up but they are getting Canpar to do it, disappointing.

We shipped 2 boxes from our Moncton location to our Ontario location - should have been 2 day shipping. We received one box with 1/2 our items in a Loomis box 3 days later with a damage report saying it had been crushed - we did not get our damaged items, just the undamaged ones.
The second box did not arrive and when I called to track it 3 days after it was shipped, I was told it hadn't left their Moncton depot yet and that it would be shipped that day (Friday). We still hadn't received it Tuesday and was told it was still at the depot - no explanation why. They ensured it would be shipped immediately and we did receive it on Thursday - 10 days after we shipped it.
Now we have to jump through hoops to get them to pay for damages and credit the shipping costs.
Might only be a one-time, week long screw up, but we'll never use Loomis again.

Placed an order to arrive the other day. They apparently "tried" to drop the shipment off but "couldn't locate the place". I have had lots of packages and deliveries from other companies here and that never happened. I called Canpar and they said they would call back and never did. Finally I found out they had sent it back to where it came from, which is 2 hours away to their Loomis Express in Moncton. I wanted to contact them in Moncton but I guess they don't have a phone number to reach them. Seems like a painful process, waste a lot of time and bad customer service.
