Maybe train your drivers to actually have some common decency for their fellow man. I was walking in wainfleet on brawn road when one of your drivers speeds on a corner and kicks all these dust up in my eyes . Thanks for driving like a maniac I’m glad you didn’t hit any kids nearby considering there’s an ice cream place right there too :@

Always a horrible experience with canpar... they claimed no one is available to receive package but I doubt they even went to my buisness to drop it off.... customer service area was closed early so not only are they not able to provide the service but now they are wasting my time twice over...

Awesome customer service! I want to say a big shout out to Samantha. I had a rush order that I was only able to get there just before closing. She told me that the trailer was already locked, and it would go out the next day. My customer was really needing the package, and she was able to get it on the truck that night! Thank you so much.

Missed the delivery driver for an important shipment. I called them and Samantha was very helpful, she called me when the driver returned to the terminal and held the package there for me to pick up the same day. Absolute top customer service. Can’t think of any other carrier that would have done the same

Liars, never try calling back when you have an issue, and when you finally get a hold of them they brush you off saying it's not there problem. Ordered somthing online and unfortunately had no other choice but to ship with canpar which is Loomis as well, they attempted 1 delivery to my office then for some reason they felt the business was closed even though the door was open and the open sign was turned on. Instead of reattempting or sending it to be held at the sporting facility they felt it was better if they sent it right back to the shipper, no door tag or anything. Called in spoke to laura who said there is no employee I'd or extention and she just continued to lie to me about everything saying they attempted days after the tracking I'd showed the package was already returned to the shipper. When I called her out on her lies she she just brushed me off and told me a manager would call me back (they never do) Called the company and the note the driver left was person had moved....not only did they send the package back to the shipper they sent it to the wrong return shipping address. At the end they company rep and I had a good laugh over this joke of a company and agreed that moving forward they will try to avoid canpar, and loomis at all costs. Package was sent out canada post set to arrive in 2 days. Companys like these deserve to be featured in #marketplace
