Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the phone service that led me to need to go directly for pickup. Loomis can't track your package if there is an issue if you don't know the dimensions and weight of your package. Local staff were very pleasant and appeared to be organised.

When issues with my appartment's busser interfeared with recieving a package, I called to try amd arange delivery for the next day. The customer service rep lied to me about the tracking number's validity, refused to take any information, didn't bother working woth me to arrange delivery, and when I became frustrated at all this, hung up on me. Absolutely horrible service. Would never recommend to anyone. Do not use these peole.

Tracking says my package was expected to be delivered but never arrived. The next day the information had changed to simply say it was with the courier.

Lots of hard working people at this location. Everytime the doors open, I am greeted with a smile. Yeah sometimes it takes an extra day but other times my parcel arrives early! Would like to hear from all those satisfied customers that don't bother to post a review when their stuff arrives on time as expected. The staff here are good people that try their best to get everything delivered on time. Look at all the airline cancellations and empty store shelves these days. Maybe a bit more patience and a thank you when your shoes arrive on time... or you watch your delivery driver lug 4 tires up your driveway.

Loomis needs to update its delivery area. If it doesn't cover everyone within city limits, it is going to lose customers. 3 stars is only because the office staff were so nice.
