This place knows what they're doing when it comes to closing up a box, and recommending a size, sealing the bottom of it properly, and putting a shipping label, things like that. I give them credit for that because no one is perfect and it counts that they are trying. The only thing they need to work on is their attitude about other people. The owner and his employees are always nice to first time customers and their own friends who walk in once in a while. Things go downhill after that. For instance how they pick up the phone over half the time; especially when they recognize your number. The owner is always on the phone with his friends and doesn't even look at you when you're in the store. His employees are not any different at all. And you can tell it's a personal phone call because they are whispering into the phone with their head facing the floor, or they're talking about something dramatic in their own language, while ignoring you most of the time. They will hand you the debit machine while speaking to their friend on the phone. And this happens every single visit. I'm getting sick and tired of it. And they never look happy with a customer who comes in. They only treat their own friends and employees like people, everyone else "doesn't deserve their convenient service".

Nice shipping centre and very nice and professional gentleman working there. I was having a bad day because I was looking forward to receiving something I bought online but unfortunately it had to get returned. It was a pain because of the size of the parcel and having to repackage it. I had the Packaging Depot print me the return shipping label and it was only $1. Thankfully they were closeby so I didn't have to go too far to get it printed.

Not impressed my daughter calls to see how much it is to pick up her package as she has to send a family friend to pick it up and the guy refused to tell her and was very rude to her. Not good customer service skills at all. My daughter deals with extremely bad anxiety and has a hard time calling places due to that. This is not something she should have to deal with from a company she is giving her money too. Especially when it didn't even come any quicker than regular postage.
