Staff are helpful but I am not happy when my parcel is missing. I had incident that after they received and scan the package it doesnt show any update on the tracking. When I asked them they just answered they don't know. I open a case but no response from canada post. Lots of missing parcel. They also indicate to the tracking that the parcel has. been delivered but nothing in the mail box or no delivery at home. they do this most of the time. I am not sure if the mail man who are careless.

Have been here couple of times but today dated dec19,2022 , the girl in evening being so rude and inconsiderate. Reached there at 8:47, however when my turn came at 8:58. She just said I am not getting overpaid, just go from here. This was being so rude. Even if she didn’t want to provide service, there is a way to say no. Felt so bad , how rude people can behave

This place is horrible. Came to pickup my package no one inside. Waiting about 55 minutes, asked pharmacist said maybe in break. Why this kind of service where they are giving customers time value. Should removed Canada post agent from this place. Never recommend this place.

I sent bag from montreal to calgary …I also covered my bag with plastic wrap so My bag donot get damage… but today I receive my bag but unfortunally the two tyres were missing from bag and bag was really so much damaged from downside

Very slow and long wait lines. Canadapost must stop wire transfers and focus on post instead.
