In my experience, Canada Post *in general* does a decent job. Items coming from elsewhere in Canada show up in at worst a reasonable amount of time. This facility is basically a black hole for packages, however. Nineteen days so far of a package from Amazon sitting at this place, coming from *within Canada* (so no customs excuses, please). And this despite its final destination being a Canada Post branch less than 20km away. Amazon then sent out a replacement, which ended up in this same facility where that one has sat for six days now despite also supposedly being in transit to the same Canada Post location... which is again, less than 20km away. A kid on a bicycle could transport it faster. Finally cancelled the order because it's clear neither one will ever show up. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Not even a one star it’s a complete big ZERO(0). I don’t know the name of that person but he was at security and for no big reason he start yelling and he’s even that much professional he start to use F…… word. This is how they treat another employee. Truckers Please not that next whoever is going for delivery or pickup there. That person is completely unbalanced. I hope the management will take care about that.

Today is Dec 19/22. Have been waiting for delivery of my package since Nov 30/22 (ordered on Nov 19/22) . Tracking has been saying "In Transit" since Nov 30/22. Nothing but canned responses from Canada Post phone or online support. Have opened ticket but not hopeful.

Still stuck at verifying recipient's address for over 1 week. No idea why it's taking over a week to verify the address when I have checked the addresses over 10 times to make sure it's correct. Still no update on my express shipping package.

These guys are life savers, the call center lady named Andria and her supervisor, named Andrew are exceptional....we have our US VISA interview this morning and our passports were issued little late from Ontario. But after calling these guys, they were really helpful and kind enough to escalate the delivery within this short period. Absolutely amazing human beings...top notch customer service...
