My order was attempted to be delivered by CanPar while I was working. I called the customer service line when I got home to confirm their pick-up hours; it took over 15 minutes to get through to someone. Their local line is out of service. Their rep provided me with the address listed on Google. The location was very hard to find. I paid for a cab to get there (as I don't own a vehicle) only to find out that it's at their 'pick-up location' downtown - completely different end of the city. The pick-up slip the driver left behind did not indicate that the pick-up address is different than their location (as per Google), no business contact info or address(es) were even on the slip, nor did their customer service rep advise me of this. How are customers supposed to know about this pick-up location if it's nowhere to be found on your website, it's not on the slip, and your reps aren't aware of this either evidently? Definitely wasted my money and time. Communication is definitely lacking. *I have advised the company I ordered from about what has happened and how this has discouraged me from ordering from them again - hopefully my feedback has fallen in the right person's inbox.
