I had a passport emergency and I needed to get 4 new photos made JUST in case passport office couldn't find my file in time. Luckily they did but I was left with 4 new photos that I didn't need. Ben the Manager was very kind and generously offered to reimburse me for the expense even though photos are not returnable. Outside of this experience their photo studio for passports is the best value and service in town. The store is clean and well organized. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and efficient.

Extremely Unprofessional!! Trying to fill my daughter's medication and they pick the call up and then hang up. I have been on hold for an hour here before so the excuse that it's the phone system, is just that, an excuse for poor behavior. When you pick up perceptions the staff can be extremely rude. I Work in Healthcare as well, we are short staffed Everywhere! If I treated people with a fraction of that disrespect I wouldn't have a job. Do better. So disheartening because they do have a few pharmacists that are really wonderful and will actually try to help you or rectify a issue. It takes one rotten apple to spoil a bunch! 😬

The absolute worst pharmacy you can go to. I don't know how they still have customers. 1 of numerous examples: Made me wait 2 hours for antibiotics when they specifically told me to come at the time I showed up (I even gave them an extra hour to what they said). Cannot even fill out a simple request to transfer over my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. I have to sit on the phone for an hour to even get ahold of someone. Understaffed and poorly managed. Stay Away.

Worst pharmacy out there! Visited and called 4 times to ask them to fax my doctor for a refill. I have 3 pills left at this point and they said the earliest they can get my meds is Wednesday. By then I'm already out of medication. After a month, A FULL MONTH! Of trying to get them to fax the doctor! Unacceptable!

Rude and unprofessional staff. The girls in the beauty centre are rude, and uneducated. If you ever have a question they never have an answer. Follow you around Everytime you pick something up and do it obviously, I had a friend who is the most clean cut person I know get product ripped out of their hands from one of these girls. There is a professional way to deal with loss prevention and this is not it. I will spend my money at Sephora instead of here with these mean girls.Everyone I know avoids this place because of the unwelcoming and quite frankly rude staff in the beauty section. Enough is enough, this isn’t the first or last time this has happened.
