Worst service i ever had from this parcel company.. i came here to write a review and got to know that i am not the only one who is facing this extremely bad service. I can't even explain how stressful there customer service was over the phone call . I am calling from last 4 days and each time getting same reply that your parcel will be delivered today otherwise tomorrow definitely. I don't even understand why they keep my parcel on hold without qny reason from last 4 days when i already paid customs fees and so called express delivery charges. I will never come back to DHL ever in my life.

Very poor customer service. Paid for express shipping but still haven’t got my package after 3 days. The tracking said it would be delivered after 2 days and it was out for delivery but no driver came to my house they just shipped it and changed the status to missed the delivery and there was no notice outside my door, i didn’t heard any door bell and when I contacted the customer service they started making excuses that due to bad weather there’s a backlog even tho its perfectly clear outside and it’s been 3 days since last snow so the roads are clear. Worst delivery company.

Absolutely the same situation as with other customers. Phone operators all promise to deliver the package. Next day email operators say they cannot. Now they threatening to send my package back. What’s a circus

Paid for Express shipping, 2-3 Business days. Being told by dhl because the date in system later that the timeline wont match delivery promises and i will have to wait longer. Why did I pay your extra fast shipping ....Will NEVER use this service again. Now on day 5 and being told will be 2 more by customer service making nothing but excuses.... VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

I can’t stand this whole entire company. Their policies drive me nuts. I have only used them twice and both times the package was ridiculously late and so unnecessarily difficult to pick up.
