This company is a joke. Delay, delay, delay, while my package sits in the Burnaby warehouse. Every morning it is ready to go, and 4pm marked as delayed. Then they decide to send me a pickup notification. Paid for overnight shipping from Ontario and no delivery in 5 business days. No attempt to even deliver it. Isnāt that part of being a package delivery company???

This location has bad services. We have 3 packages the same company and supplies need for deliver but they only dropped 1 packages and left a note need to pickup other 2. We called customer services and she said yes, they got the tax duty payment from online and will ship other 2 packages tomorrow at 5 but the packages never arrived so we call customer service again and there are auto reply phone call said ā we need to pick up other 2 packagesā . We went to pick up and ask why they didnāt deliver other 2 and they said they didnāt see we already paid for tax duty that why they didnāt deliver. The issue is their system keep email and said need to pickup before July 27 or the package will return to the seller and the customer services said we will deliver soon and from the email said only pickup . We believe Their services system is not professional and donāt set up right that is why it wasted lot of time of both side for checking .We called them more than 5 times and the issue never fix . We told the sellers we wonāt order their supplies if they use this company for shipping. We donāt want to spend too much time to deal to get the supplies on each time order .

Beware, they came past and I wasn't home, good thing I saw them on my camera. They were delivering "final attempt" but had never attempted previously or left a door hanger. I got them to leave a door hanger but the delivery guy wasn't going to until I called him back through my camera! When I called customer service, the lady said the drivers will not deliver when duty is owing because they don't want to deal with cash - her excat words - and there is nothing the company can do about it - also her words. This was the second time with this package, they had "disposed" of the earlier one because no one was home!
Do not ship with FedEx especially if you are ordering with duty owed.

It's a roll of a dice with this company. For the most part, I would have to call for the delivery drivers to do their job properly. They would rather leave a door tag for me to pickup than ring the doorbell when I would be home all day waiting for the package. Some drivers have a couple brain cells to know how a door works. If I had the choice of delivery companies I would not choose this one as the pickup place is too far when I know for a fact there are closer pick up places nearby to my address. Only reason why I didn't give it 1 star is that not all drivers are bad apples. I just had more bad experiences than good ones
Edit: Good luck ever getting a refund on shipping for delayed shipping when it's their fault, it's impossible. I've been trying for 3 months to no avail

Like most posting here, drivers don't show up and mark "customer wasn't home". Do they realize in the era of home security we can verify if they actually showed up? Package gets routed to this depot and cannot be redelivered. Beware.
