Brought 2 packages to be delivered, one was a normal package and one was a dangerous goods package. I've never shipped one before and no one helped me. I think it was the store manager that came to get the boxes from me, I was asking him questions but he was short and curt with me and just left me in the middle of asking questions to help someone else, I didn't want to leave without ensuring it was good to go because I didn't want to make a second trip, I asked if it was good, guy didn't look and said yep, so I walked around the store for a bit because I didn't really believe them and to give them some time to look and get me in case. 15 minutes later I leave. Low and behold I get a call the next day that I have to pick it back up because it was rejected from not having a dangerous goods waybill... if only someone would have done their job in customer service. Not only that, I had another package that was not dangerous goods and had all the proper stuff and because one of my packages was declined they didn't bother to look at my waybill and declined both the boxes. Bad bad customer service.
