I wanted to leave a review about my experience with this FedEx location because of the amazing customer service that JODEE has given to me over the past few months. I run a film production company and we sometimes need to ship footage to the states or even receive shipments of gear for production. JODEE has gone above and beyond for me on a few occasions and in this economy, that girl deserves a raise. I hope that the company takes care of their employees just as well as their customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst delivery service in my life. First of all I was home when they”tried” to deliver my package. Then no one left a note or message where my package was. On the website it said it was delivered. After multiple calls they “located” it. When I came to pick it up it wasn’t there. In a couple of days they sent me a new pick up address and it wasn’t there again. Now they want me to go to the 3rd location which is 30 minutes away from my house.

Absolutely wonderful staff, they’re so kind and helpful. I had a 50 pound package that i was struggling to bring in, the manager Alexandre Sitichko saw from his window that I needed help and personally assisted me in bringing in the package. The two people at the front were also wonderful and very kind!

FedEx, please tell me why the AIRPORT location is where I need to DRIVE to get my package after ONE delivery attempt to my home DOWNTOWN after I miss the delivery because the courier DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER TO KNOCK? Would it be too hard to try again or leave my package at a somewhat convenient location? There are several other FedEx centres near me. I am beyond frustrated with your complete lack of customer orientation. Do better.

i never use fedex, however the recent experience i’ve had from them made me never want to go through fedex ever again. first, they don’t even bother knocking, the first fedex employee who was supposed to deliver my package entered my building and (i assume) immediately left a doortag on my mailbox saying nobody was home. if they had not been so lazy doing their job and knocked on my door, guess what! my girlfriend who was home at the time would’ve answered the door! the next day, the tracking information showed that the wrong address was on the shipping label, and a very mumbly person called me and told me my address was incorrect and i needed to call to change it (i called by the way, i was told only the shipper can change the address). don’t know how my address was incorrect anyway, since they were able to put a door tag left on my mailbox the day before.. 🤦 i decided to save myself the headache and get the package redirected to a nearby pick-up location since *apparently* they don’t know my address. yesterday, it was out for delivery at 5am and by the end of the day never arrived at the pick-up location, now the tracking status says pending rather than an estimated delivery date. to all the fedex drivers in ottawa, if you hate your job so much that you won’t even do it properly, find somewhere else to work.
