Not the greatest of pick up spots. The worker behind the desk looked annoyed that he had to deal with me. Weird I had to go into the room to look for my package myself though....not much security on packages at this place (is that even allowed?) Will probably pick another drop off location in the future or just be home to recieve it in person.

DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE!!!!!! Pick any other FedEx place, but not this one. The employee literally told me to go and root around the packages myself in the backroom to find it out of his sight alone. This should be the employee's job not mine. It's for liability and possible theft, plain and simple. There came an issue where 1 of the 2 packages were delivered as there were 2 packages on the 1 tracking number. Pretty simple right? Nope. He argues to me that you can only get one package with one tracking number. Basically he thinks that I should have gotten multiple tracking numbers to cover up the fact that my other package was missing regardless of me trying to show him the proof that there were two packages expected kn the slip. Surprise surprise. If you order multible items from the same seller. They condense it into one tracking number even if it's multiple packages. This shows that this establishment has zero education on receiving and handing out fedex packages. He pushed me to sign for the one, which I now realize so it wasn't his responsibility. What bothers me the most is that the FedEx driver probably did drop off both packages. The Employee at Black Apple was too lazy to actually look. And now my second package will sit there until they look it up and take it for themselves. PICK ANY OTHER PLACE TO PICK UP TOUR FEDEX PACKAGES, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY'RE LAZY AND DECEITFUL. TO BLACK APPLE: HERE IS PROOF THAT YOU CAN HAVE MULTIBLE PACKAGES UNDER ONE TRACKING NUMBER.
