The young lady staff misguided us for getting US dollar money order. Since it was my first time sending an important package via FedEx and also getting Money order, I did not have any idea how it works. I only had heard that if I get my Money order from Post offices, things will go faster. Hence, I assumed that they really issue that. She confidently advised us to go to the main FedEx branch near the 401 highway where we went and found that they do not do any thing with Money order either. Again, they misguided us to go to the nearest Canada Post office in Division street. Canada Post would only issue the Money order in CAD and advised us to go to the Bank to get the US dollar Money order. This one star is only for the Canada Post agent for her correct advise. If I had not been recommended to sent my package to USA via FedEx, I would certainly have sent it by Canada Post. The thing is, staff should not guide clients if they do not know anything or even if they are not 100% sure. And a guide for those who want to send a US $ Money order within their package, just go to the Bank before. I hope this FedEx branch is now well-informed about this as well.
