Alright it took me longer than I'd like to admit to find the place. It is not Part & Parcel, that is unfortunate naming and location for everyone. It is the print shop up towards the intersection, that is for some reason not in the photo. There is parking in the rear, though I didn't see exactly where. If your parcel is large or If you can't find parking in front, of which there is a good chance you won't. The sign out front is easy to miss given how busy both the intersection and windows are.
