Left simple instructions to ring the doorbell and the drivers cannot do that on Friday, and then I called today to get an update and they didn’t follow the instructions that were quite simple. It is so hard to talk to a representative with the automated voice message service. They don’t listen or follow simple instructions. Customer service is mediocre at best.

Worst shipping service I have received to date, shipped an envelope on Friday, paid multiple times the shipping cost that I would have paid with Canada Post or any other shipping service in Canada to get an overnight service, package was not delivered or attempted to deliver as per the paid service, and now in order to get a refund for the money I paid for a service they didn't even attempt to provide, I have to jump through hoops and file complaint on line and provide documents and evidence, what evidence do you need?, you have the tracking information to show how you failed to provide the service paid for. I will think very hard before I attempt to use FedEx for any of my shipping needs.

Came to the fedex on Wheeton and the young lady at the counter was so kind! Polite and fast! Definitely will now only ship fedex! KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE .Well Done!

I’m not sure what FedEx specifically delivered my stuff today but I watched the driver LAUNCH my item from the end of the driveway to my front porch. It is clothing but it still boggles my mind that someone would do that. I spent a lot of money on this. The sticker on the front is completely mangled from it being thrown. Shame on you.
